Customer Reviews
Great value, minor app glitch
I picked up the Monthly Unlimited Plan a few weeks ago, mostly for the yoga and Pilates classes. The value is definitely there, especially compared to studio prices. The Vinyasa Flow classes are excellent, and the instructors are top-notch. My main issue was a small bug with the app on my smart TV; it sometimes froze during longer sessions, requiring a restart. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but a bit annoying. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the fitness options available.
Good deal for first-timers
I signed up for the Monthly Unlimited Plan after seeing an offer for new users. I was looking for a budget-friendly option for home workouts. The price felt very fair for the number of classes available, especially the Strength Training. I used the 2-Week Free Trial first, which helped me decide. It was worth the money spent. The process was easy.
Good Strength Training classes
I bought the Monthly Unlimited Plan last month. The strength training classes were really good. Setup was easy. I liked the trainers. Got my workouts in. Will probably renew.
Consistently good workouts
I've been a Fiit member on and off for a couple of years now, usually opting for the Yearly Unlimited Plan. This last renewal was just as smooth as previous ones. I mainly use it for the Kettlebell Workouts and Bodyweight Exercises. The quality of the classes and the trainers has remained consistently high. They keep adding new content, which prevents things from getting stale. No issues with billing or access this time either, which sometimes happens with other services. It's why I keep coming back.
Solid workouts, smooth experience
I signed up for the Yearly Unlimited Plan back in January, right after the free trial. The onboarding process was straightforward, and I had no trouble connecting my Fiit Tracker. Delivery of the tracker took about a week, which was fine. Customer support responded quickly when I had a question about integrating with my Apple Watch. The quality of the video and audio for the HIIT classes is consistently high. I especially appreciate the variety of trainers and the clear instructions they give. The app itself is easy to navigate, making it simple to find specific workouts or training plans. Overall, it's a very user-friendly platform for home fitness.

How's the return policy if I get the annual membership and then decide it's not for me a few months in?
Is Fiit good without any equipment? Like, can I still get a decent workout with just bodyweight stuff?
How does Fiit compare to something like Peloton for off-bike/tread workouts? I'm not really into cycling.
Hey guys, thinking about signing up for Fiit. Does anyone know if they do any special discounts for students or if it's just the usual free trial?
Anyone know if you can actually use the promo codes on the annual plan? Or is it just for monthly stuff?
